12 mins to find:

  • 1RM Strict Press (0-3 mins)
  • 1RM Back Squat (3-6 mins)
  • 1RM Deadlift (6-9mins)
  • 1RM Clean & Jerk (9-12mins)

Movements must be performed in that order

One movement per athlete


Each athlete will have 3 mins to find their 1RM – only the heaviest successful lift will be recorded

The next athlete may not begin to lift until their allocated start time is announced

The final score for this workout will be the combined total of each athlete’s heaviest successful lift

There will be one male barbell (20kg) and one female barbell (15kg) available in each lane

Athletes may not load the bar until the clock begins

Athletes may assist each other to load the barbell once the time begins

Athletes may preload the barbell for the next lifter before their time is up, however the next lifter may not touch the bar until their designated time

Plates available:

4x25kg, 2x20kg, 2x15kg, 2x10kg, 2x5kg, 2×2.5kg, 2x1kg

Maximum Accepted Weights Intermediate:

Deadlift: 217kg; Back Squat: 177kg; Clean & Jerk: 132kg; Strict Press: 102kg

Maximum Accepted Weights Scaled:

Deadlift: 177kg; Back Squat: 157kg; Clean & Jerk: 117kg; Strict Press: 87kg
